Common questions
Should I insure at replacement cost or actual cash value?
Replacement cost pays to rebuild or replace without deducting depreciation, so it usually provides much better protection. We'll compare both for your property.
Is flood covered under commercial property?
Typically not. Flood requires a separate policy, which we can place alongside your property coverage.
What is coinsurance?
Many policies require you to insure a property to a percentage of its value. Underinsure it and claim payments are reduced, so accurate valuations matter.
